Is that spelled right? Let's assume it is. Don't you find the world of relationships a strange landscape to navigate? Meeting someone I like, I am pleased to enjoy some form of "connection" with them over coffee, lunch, whatever. Things go well, they seem to like me, and there is always a promise to keep in touch and get together again. I don't always go to these things looking for a budding romance but I do come away surprised at the quality of women that I meet and being a single man, do in fact find myself interested.

I don't believe in being sneaky or underhanded so I'm pretty obvious about things and create the opportunity to ensure they're aware of my feelings. Nowadays, I'm not sure I should do anything at all about anything. I'm always getting the same response. Everyone wants a professional relationship with me and no one wants a personal relationship with me. This has been the experience ever since I can remember. Is it a conundrum? Maybe not but it does leave me feeling somewhat discombobulated quite often.
